Click a tile to change the period. Fees, VAT, refunds and advertising come from settlement reports; for the current month they are estimated at each SKU’s rates over the last three settled months. Cost of goods is the NetSuite average cost.
Columns are lighter where fees are estimated. Costs are shown as positive amounts. The current month shows its projection to a full month as a dashed outline. Use Customise chart to choose what shows as columns or lines. Hover a heading for how it is worked out.

One row per Amazon SKU (FBA and merchant listings separately), or per NetSuite inventory item when “By inventory item” is on at the top. Fees use each SKU’s actual settlement rates. Gross profit is before advertising; net profit takes off each SKU’s Sponsored Products spend (Sponsored Brands, Display and account-level fees are not split by product). Click a row to filter the chart and breakdown to that SKU. Choose columns and grouping on the right; hover a heading for how it is worked out.
Shaded months use estimated fees and advertising (only the current month, until it settles). Every month from Oct 2025 takes fees, refunds and ads from settlement reports. Click a group to expand it.
